Peeling CND Shellac

Hi! So iam a few weeks fresh out of CND training I have practised a few sets and am finding some are peeling off after a few day's, any thoughts on what this could be ... iam thinking my layers are too thick iam applying the varnish in the 5 coat way.
Any thoughts welcome

Apply thin coats and really rub the nail with the scrub fresh, what's the 5 coat way?

1 X base coat
2 X colour coats
1 X top coat

Also is the cuticle away deactivated properly with water? Xx

I have that same question with cuticle away because I have been told by two different education ambassadors that cuticle away is neutralized with soap and water and then a another teacher told me at a second class I went to that you don't need to use soap and water alone will do. Which honestly makes me super uncomfortable because why are they providing different information especially when you're paying A lot of money to attend. I just use soap and water and a towel dry but if water alone will work I'd rather do that than sending my clients to the bathroom

You can buy little aluminium pump sprays off sweet squared for the water. I only use water.

Water alone is acceptable for neutralising Cuticle Away.
Thick layers will definitely lead to peeling, as will leaving any debris, oils etc on the nail plate so make sure you scrub well with Scrubfresh.

I just use water in a spray bottle and I've never had a problem. Fee Walace did my training and I follow exactly as she says. I just got a cheap spray bottle from superdrug I wouldn't personally use any kind of soap as you don't know if there are any oils etc. xx

The 5 coat was is the way I apply the varnish on the nail and seal the free edge. .. thanks for your reply everyone thats really helped
