Hi, i would just like some advice.

My hair currently is a cool brown colour. But i had to bleach my entire head with OLAPLEX, to get this colour as I had a black dye on it before.

Is it still possible to get a C-perm a few weeks after that? I have asked a couple salon and some said yes and some said no.

The Salon that said I could do it said they would use a mild perm solution on my hair. If so, is it still okay to perm, or should i wait a couple weeks? I think they use OLAPLEX on the perming process as well.

Definitely wait a few weeks just incase the perm fries the hair shaft

Take a test cutting first! X

It depends entirely on the condition of your hair, even using Olaplex.

As @babychops says, ask the salon to take a test cutting first and look at the results carefully.

I'm a bit concerned that bleach was used to remove the black hair dye. (Regardless of the addition of Olaplex) A good colour remover would have been a better option and far less damaging.

I would not perm.
Bleached hair NEVER perms well....add to that the whole 'bleached to get the black out, to then re-colour' ......way to risky.
Sorry to be so negative, but you'll not get a good result IMO..
