hiya!
I got a curly perm about 3 or so months ago and i really want to go blonde.
I am a dark brown naturally and i know if i did this at home all my hair would break off and i'd be very upset!
Would i have to wait till the perm has grown out till I can dye it? I did dye my hair red permanent when the perm was semi new and it pretty much washed out straight away. ( a few red baths!)
Can anyone give me some advice?
