last thurs. I went into a salon and requested a loose perm. I had some decent curl left on the ends from a perm 8 months ago. I was new to the salon because I just moved to this state, sot have to start somewhere. The stylist seemed to know what she was doing, but when she finished, I had no curl at the root and less curl on ends than when we started. My original curl is more like a relaxed wave.
How can I correct this? My hair is in good condition. Is not dry even now after this "perm". I have contacted the salon and they are suppose to call me back with solution. But I dont really trust them now.
