Pink Slices in hair

hey guys,
so spent almost 4 hours with a client the other day doing pink highlights on black hair!
so i prelightened the slices of hair she wanted pink, and then mixed an igora 9888 with a ion base level 8 which gave her a pink base to work from and then i used a crazy colour pinkissamo to brighten them up, the overall result was beautiful - it was a cherry pink, the pic doesnt do it justice.

however today when she washed it, she says bits of it are now really red and some are orange...i really dont understand how her colour would go red and orange, when it was pink?? any ideas? what should I do? I've offered to go and look at it and redo the service if I think it needs it but to be honest Ive never had a problem following this process before so I cant understand how its went wrong here. what should i do?

I presume when pre lightening from black, you achieved a coppery result?

yes brough it up to a light copper x

The hair has grabbed onto some bits but not others, pre lighten again with a low strength developer, 3% then put crazy colour on again or even better I'd fudge pink flamingo! x
