I have blonde hair my partner died it using at 12.1 and it's gone blue, it was supposed to be platinum blonde... gutted isn't the word

Go to the salon and ask for a colour correction.

A salon will have a chelating shampoo that can remove the color leaving hair healthy. Try dandruff shampoo leaving it on hair 5 mins 2x/day till it fades out.
