Hi everyone,

I have just done and passed the CND foundation course with a friend. We have been doing each others nails for practice and today i was opening something and my middle finger nail enhancment has snapped down the middle of the nail and it was bleeding slightly and is quite painfull.

If anyone could help this would be great.

Hi Love

Ouch I know how you feel I have done it.

Right you need to clean the area and gently eases the split apart and put some resin in between the crack and then gently eases back together this will stop the pain and then you can gently buff down the ernhancement and apply a thin layer of L&P to give the nail some strengh.

Hope this helps.

Oh and congratulations on passing :0

i can't find the one i had in mind with a piccy ruth posted of a very sore looking broken nail but these threads should help you.

I always manage to damage mine if i wear them too long - if i take the length down i don't ever have problems...

well i am sure that your nail is healing nicely now so just want to say
Congratulations :)
