Can you put Paul Mitchell's PM CLEAR shine on wet hair ? Or does it have to be dried , my client says her ends look dull and doesn't want to do a full head on color just the roots
As far as I can tell (because I cannot remember from PMTS), you should apply PM Shines Clear Shine to dry hair. I don't think it is going to leave the same shine when damp as it would when dry. When you apply PM Shines colors to damp hair it is like a toning and blending effect. I would assume the same for Clear. But I'm going to follow this post to see what other, possibly more experienced, stylists think.
