How do I soak gel polish off Polygel? My first client is coming back for her Polygel infill.

It’s a file off system.
However if you really thin down the enhancement, you can then soak off the remaining product, but you won’t get anywhere soaking off the whole nail without filing down the bulk of it first. x

I know how to file off the Polygel, but I put gel colour over and not sure how to get the colour off. Do you still soak off the gel colour as usual, and then file the Polygel?

No don’t soak off, just file off the gel colour.
