I've been using PolyGel for my clients lately who are all as obsessed as I am but I was wondering if anyone is having a similar experience as me and could give any tips. I feel like I am constantly having to wipe my brush to get some of the product off. I am using plenty of the slip solution and have had absolutely no problems with lifting or the quality of the enhancement once cured, but I find it annoying to have to clean my brush. I am using the brush/slice tool that Gelish sells specifically for this product.

Any advice? Thanks in advance!

Is your brush possibly too wet? I sometimes get this if I use too much slip solution. As you only need a tiny amount just to keep the brush slightly damp x

I think that might be the problem. I have another issue though where TWO clients broke their nail right at the nail line where the tip is. One of them said her hands are in water a lot but that she used to do hard gels and never had an issue. I even had one of my own break where the tip just came off with my natural nail attached and I had not bumped it or anything. Otherwise, I have had NO issues with my set that's been on for more than a month with only 1 fill.

This sounds like a structural issue. Are you building your Apex properly?
