I just got back into fantasy colors and used my go-to Pravana Blue and the hue is wrong (way darker). I used a silver tube, refilled with a black tube and you can clearly see where the different tubes were applied. The black tube (I know packaging changed) developed to a more violet hue while the silver tube looked as expected.
Has anyone else experienced this? Same product #, neither expired but a very different result.
Pravana is saying they didn’t change their formula but this doesn’t look right.
