Pre-made fan lashes - any good?

Hi guys, I currently offer individual eyelash extensions and want to try volume lashes, i have tried to conquer the lash pick up and finding it really hard, does anyone use the premade fan lashes and if so, what results have you found?

any advice greatly appreciated
