Hi I've got this client that I've been colouring her hair for about 2 years now. She came for appointment as normal in January, I do Goldwell 8K and 7K with 10vol half and half her natural is about a 9. Left her colour for 35 minutes like normal, washed it off and I could see root glow so I took her over dried it off and her roots hadn't took at all it had took lovely on the ends. I asked her if she'd changed anything, eg - tablets, contraception, was she pregnant, all the other stuff. She said no to all of the above... So I said to her we might have to go to the darker one to get the coverage so I did 7K and 10vol. Covered lovely she loved the colour. Then I gets a text message on telling me that she's 13 weeks pregnant she was due in for her hair on Saturday she popped in Wednesday for a skin test just cover myself. Everything was fine then she came for her appointment as normal on Saturday she asked to stay a bit lighter and could we go for half and half again, her hair had faded to probably about 9/8 so I did and the same thing happened took everywhere else but just not on her roots. Has anyone ever have this happen before I'm really stressing out about it? Its a good job she's a client that I have been doing for a while. Any advise would be lovely or any stories on this happening to people would be great. Thank you x
