Pricing for dip nails, with and without extensions?

I am doing a quick dip gel nail course soon and when i qualify I was thinking of doing them for £18 on natural nails and £25 with extentions. I charge £15 for gel polish. I could be wrong to charge that for dipped nails but it seems quite reasonable to me.

To work out what to charge, decide how much you want to earn a year and work backwards from that as to how many clients you can fit in on the days you want to work.
I want 8 clients a day max at an hour each earning roughly £40 an hour. Thar will give me an income of £83000 once I have a full book of 120 clients.
So for me if Dip nails take 30 minutes I will charge £25 if they take an hour I will charge £45. The extra £5 I add for contingency’s

I am sorry you cant set your prices up according to how much YOU want to earn . That does not make good business sense at all .
You cannot expect to be able to charge £45 just because it takes you an hour if other techs in your area are only charging around £25/30 for example
You have to set your prices according to the market in your area.For example . I charge £42 for full set of extension with colour ( average in my area £35/45 ) and £25 for a NNO plus £5 for colour . So therefore IF I was doing a dip on natural nails I would charge accordingly probably around £30
You CAN work out how much you want to earn , work out the average charge in your area THEN work out how many clients you need to reach that goal but not the other way around
