I'm after a little advice,
A week ago I fitted a full head of nano rings for a client, who's had micro rings fitted before. She was over the moon with her hair, but because of her hair type being exceptionally greasy she's found that her nanos have slipped out and wanted them refitted with micro rings.
So she's came in for a removal today on the remaining bonds.
I noticed that her hair was in terrible condition. I've never had this before after such a small amount of time, they were heat damaged and clearly not taken care of.
I removed the hair and i told her that I needed to order some micro rings in her colour as I didn't have any on hand.
She's then went away, happy to change her method and then got in touch later wanting a full refund.
I told her that I can refund her for the fitting, but not the hair as it hasn't been taken care of and she had already agreed to changing the method.
She then went on to tell me that she's had nanos fitted before and they didn't stay in, something she hadn't mentioned on her consultation, despite me asking if she had extensions fitted before, she only stated she had micro rings.
This is in writing, and it's been signed.
She's now saying that she doesn't mind having them refitted with micro rings as she was just a little worried they wouldn't hold either.
So I'm just wanting a little advice, should I be giving her a full refund or just sticking to my guns?

Refit them with micro rings and refresh her aftercare advise, she obviously need some reminding on how to look after them, no refund, tell her you're happy to fit for free but you can't guarantee them staying in unless she looks after them!

I would refit them and charge for it as it's your time

Do you think I should draft up an extra consultation form saying she has consented to a ring change and get her to sign it to cover my back?
I'm just a worrier, thinking she's going to do something to her new rings and then she's going to come back asking for a refund again!
