hello , has anyone used a Promed 620 deluxe nail Efile before? I just bought one, the lady at the supply store said it was 30,000RPM but turns out it’s only 20,000 rpm, I am new to using Efiles so I am unsure if it is still a good product. Wondering if I should return it. TIA for any responses.
