Hi I’m still training. My sister has mild psoriasis on her hands just a couple of pinkish patches. I won’t be able to do a full spa manicure using the scented creams I have but can I still do the arm massage and manicure the nails? There is no visible changes to her nails.

It should be fine. Just disinfect your tools really well before and after her treatments.
By the way, garra rufa fish spas as well as pure lavender oil - and lavender bath salts (with no extra additives) - really help with psoriasis, so long as she uses them on a daily basis.
