Quasi to permanent ?

Great síte ! Hope someone can help pls ! Got lady with below shoulder hair, Ive put a wella colour touch 4/71 on her hair and now she want to go 1 shade lighter. She like majirel 5/12. I dont need to do bleach bath but by using 9% peroxide would this lift the hair ok? I heard that tint does not lift tint ? But in this čase, im going from a quasi to permanent. Would it work?

If it's a quasi it should just fade back to her natural colour unless pourous.. What is her base colour?
