Question about racoon hair extension training?

ok, so i am a qualified hair dresser and have been doing hair extensions for 10 years, i worked with a girl who is a beauty therapist and when i left she started doing hair extensions, ( no training ) anyway one of her clients recently told me she had a girl from racoon come and do in salon training with her and she paid £2000 for it, i just want to know if shes lying as i heard that you must be a hair dresser to do there training?? does anyone know? and how much would a full head of racoon extensions cost??

I can confirm that Raccoon will only train hairdressers with level 2, or above, or equivalent.
A full set of 22 inch blonde ext using top quality hair and Raccoon method would be around the 750 mark.
