i have 3 questions to ask and im hopeing you can help

1) if you have just one male client in your salon and they felt like a girl what could you do to improve?
2) if you have a client thats just had here brows tinted and its a bit dramatic what could you do?
3) after a brow wax a client comments she likes her brow shape bit its very red and she has a lunch date next what could you do?

i have these questions which i need help with if anyone could reply asap that would be a great help
