Hi, just have someone come in with level 7 dyed hair, old highlights etc quite freshly coloured hair (as in, regularly overdyes her hair). I want to avoid bleach if poss as she is trying to get her hair in better condition, so I wondered if 12/89 highlights with 12% just a few scattered foils in the front, plus an all-over 7/1 tint, will look nice? She wants it all quite cool toned. hmm not sure what colours to use really...?

It looks more like a beige highlight e.g 10/03 with bleach I know but I think a hi lift will be ok and might allow me to avoid bleach? pls give me your advice... Thanks guys!
