Recolouring/pre pig of full head scalp bleach

I have a client who has had scalp bleach + Wella 10.16 toner for past 18 month. Her hair is porous (short clippered cut) She wants to return to natural base - target shade 6/1.
Am considering my formula either pre pig using Wella CT 9/03 and 8/73 1/9% then going in with t CT 6.0 1.9% , or Illumnia 6.19.
I don’t want the colour to sink, but also concerned about the porosity and having the pre-pig reflect to much warmth...Any advice/previous experience of returning scalp bleach to neutral 6 please with Wella?

I would be inclined to pre pig with /43+ /7 perfecton. Then I'd go in with 6/71 colour touch
