Have you tried hairandbeautyjobs.com, hair-recruitment.com, hairdressersjournal, skillspages.com, local paper, have you got a facebook page ? you could advertise on there.

I am having the same problem, need a salon manager but have advertised in local papers, face book and flyers but to no evail can anyone suggest anything else? North West of England.
