Recycling hair foil

Hi.. I'm Looking for any info on reclying foil used for highlights? Can you put into normal household reclying? Need to wash?
Im a mobile hairdresser living in the French Alps..

I would image you would have to contact your local authority to ask them, as here in the UK, each local authority has different rules about recycling.
