Hi can anyone help me i have a client thats level 3 for many years and wants to go deep red ive tried a test cut and bleached with 12% but colour wont budge, is there any red colours i can put directly on top of level 3...all sugestions most welcome

Bleach with 12%, that’s a bit excessive. What sort of colour were you trying to remove?
If it is a direct dye, use a direct dye remover instead, although if it’s been repeatedly saturated it’s probably not going anywhere. Direct dyes don’t react well to bleach and I’m guessing that the cuticle is stained if it didn’t lift at all.

I would definitely suggest tgat you try a malibu C crystal gel cleanse or colour correction cleanse. This will help to remove any build up of colour and silicone /products of the surface of the hair. I would also try a colour remover rather than bleach, causes much less damage. If you'd rather use bleach I'd definitely use a lower developer

I would try a colour reducer or a colour remover first. Then if that fails bleach with a low peroxide. Low and slow is much more effective than 12%. I would go in with bleach and 6% :)
