Red hair?

Hi guys....

I know nothing about hair, so was wondering if you pros could help me

ive had red hair for around three years.. like a nice darker red which is brighter outside...

I have really been wanting to go super bright post box/ racing car red
how can I make my coppery bright red to super bright racing car red?
Can I do it without bleaching?
As so many ppl say bleaching your hair first is not a good thing for ur hair

please help. I really dont want to keep thinkin bright red hair on me isnt goin to happen lol
