Refectocil.... Use By expiry date??

Hello, I have the Refectocil Oxidant 3% bottle and the Refectocil black cream 15 ml tube, so my question is do either have an expiry date? I have had these for years for personal use only and for like oof um 3 or 4 years now but can't see any expiry dates- although can't understand the language printed either! so if anyone has any info for me would be really appreciated.
