Reflexology - Difference betwen aftercare andhomecare advice

Could somebody please tell me the difference between aftecare and homecare advice?? I hve reflexology practical exam tmor and I'm in big trouble if I don't find out!!

think about the words, AFTER and HOME.

Now if you are going to give advice for those 2 words, what would they be?

After - care= After treatment care, what would you suggest they do

Home care = at home care, so what would you suggest they do

write a list under each
