hi i posted previously as i was having problems with my rent a chair, i was basicaly treated badly and as an employee and i took the helpful advice and confronted the owner along with another disgruntled renter we were very well mannered and put our problems to the owner, for which she apologised for her behavior.
But the problems continued with more bad behaviour on the owners part so the other girl left as she was sick of it, i decided to stay and see how it goes but yesterday only a couple of days after the other lass left the owner said she wants me out straight away because she thinks i will leave so she is beating me to it, no notice at all just a basic leave now and dont come back, she would not provide me with a contract,
i am just wondering where i stand is there anything i can do as i have been let go half way through the month and i am the only wage earner ,as my husbands business is new and does not turn a profit yet
plus whose are the clients from the salon she says they are hers from her advertising but i did most of the leg work with the advertising and did a lot of it myself, most of them have already said they want to stick with me can the salon owner do anything ? she said her lawyer said they are hers but i think she is lying.
please please any advice or help greatly apreciated

If you were employed the clients are the salons, if you were renting a space the clients are yours.
Not sure where u stand but if she's just going to treat you like rubbish your better off awa from her in my opinion! X
