Rent price of space in salon for beauty therapist/nail technician

Hi, I currently rent a space in a small hair salon in Southport doing shellac nails, threading, waxing, lash treatments, etc. I was just wondering what sort of price I should be paying for rent, considering I work 5 days a week. If people could give me example prices of what they pay for their spaces or what they know to be reasonable rental prices for a room in a salon it would be much appreciated, thank you.

Since 2008 I used to rent out salon spaces, and I also researched prices of other areas.
My findings concluded wether the salon was busy/established/situated in a prime location or wether the company's rent was high or low. All these things must be taken in to consideration when calculating if the costs are reasonable.

See the following examples;
Independent Salon: Watford, Hertfordshire £150 pw
Independent existing salon: Edgware, Middlesex 20% takings pw
Toni & Guy Essentuals franchise: Elstree & Borehamwood, Hertfordshire £250 pw
Established existing salon: Highgate, London £250 pw + % reception fees.

In Australia where i'm located we were looking to rent out the area to a nail tech and looking at around $100 to $150 per week. We have a clothing boutique to we get a few people come in, and we would help with bookings advertising them on our facebook pages ect.
