Revlon to Goldwell

Hi I’m starting a new salon and They use Goldwell colours and I’m trained in revlon has any body used both or can anyone give me any advice on Goldwell , are they true to swatch ? How’s there coverage is the bleach any good !!
I’m very nervous I know revlon inside out so this is a very big move for me !! Thanks in advance
