Hi all,
I own a tanning and beauty salon on a small parade in Orpington.
Due to myself and my other beauty therapist leaving to have babies im looking to possibly rent out my beauty room part time (3/4 days a week).
All my equipment and furniture will be staying and there is existing clientele.
The beauty area that will be available to the therapist includes a treatment room, nail area and separate spray tanning room.
How much should i look at charging per day if i was to rent out?
