Firstly I live in Canada I am orginally from the UK (always have to say that)
I have a small salon and recently changed my software from Unisalons (to wooden and inflexable for me) and went to salon Iris pro which I do like. My problem is that I purchased the quickbooks conector module, I have to say it simply will not post correctly. It puts incorrect tax codes on every sale during the transfer, if you pay tips out it leaves the liability outstanding in qb. it will post to inventory but not reduce it. I have contacted them regarding this and they are aware of the problems but are still promoting it after all they want to make money. I have a good knowledge of accounting and just wonder how many people will find out at the end of the year that there accounts are completely incorrect because of this system. I just wondered if anyone else has come across this and if so have they found a resolution. :irked:
