Schwarzkopf Igora Vario Cream Lightener Cool Lift

Hi,

I'm a newbie, so please be kind to me .

I'd like to lighten my hair using the Schwartzkopf Igora range but am unsure what to use to get the effect I'm after.
Do I use the powder bleach with the cream lightener or can I use my 40% developer with an additive/toner instead ?
