How do other salon rent spaces in salons ? Do you take a percentage or daily rate ?

Where I’m based at the owner takes 50% of all my profits

They supply my products but I supply my own equipment like dryers, scissors ect x

I used to be 50/50 and they provided but ive changed to 30/70 and i provide my own stock.
