I'm not sure if I'm in the right forum, a client asked me tonight if I knew of a reputable semi-permanent eyeliner available closer than Cardiff so I thought I'd ask you guys if you were or knew someone who I could recommend? Again sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, tia x
