Shadow root/colour melt brand recommendations

Recommendations please for a translucent ( not full opaque coverage) colour that I can do a root melt on that will not totally block out the foils that I have just done. I believe redken shades EQ does this as it casts a shadow rather than covering the area fully but I can’t get hold of it in the UK. And recommendations would be great... thanks

Is it translucent on a root smudge so you can still see where the roots were foiled but just casts a shadow rather that totally cover the area as CT or KP might. Would you use pastel developer? ... any help would be great [emoji4]
