I have a client who wants her hair dark roots blending into grey/silver ends.. she currently has brown hair base 5, I’ve bought the guy tang colours 8sm 9vm and 10sm, she wants her roots like black and I’m just worrying in case the dark on the roots doesn’t melt into the 8sm with melting it into each other! Is there anyone on here that’s used dark on roots and blended into a lighter colour?

She wants it like this but the ends a lighter silver, it won’t let me upload the original picture x

You will need those mid lengths and ends to be white to achieve this. X

Just lighten it as if you’re doing a blonde ombré then with your toner blend it in

Yeah I’m going to be lifting the mid lengths and ends first then drying it then going to apply the silver colours I have I’m just worrying in case the dark root doesn’t blend into the lighter colour x
