I have a client who recently got both highlights & lowlights(20vol highlights & 8/7 lowlights-Koleston) she suffers badly with a very flakey scalp so after colouring her hair she washed it 3-4 times with head & shoulders & you can just imagine what happened - it stripped the lowlights right out & left the blonde a really washed up yellowish blonde!! I could have cried when i saw it. I now have to fix the colour so I was looking for some advice on the best way to fix this now & also could you recommend a good shampoo for someone with a VERY flakey scalp.
Thanks everyone:)
