Shellac French

I want my nails done for a wedding I am going to in France next week. My friend has just had a shellac french manicure and they looked quite false, the white was very very white. Can anyone suggest a colour that would look more natural for a french and also does the sun/suncream affect them?

You could have the white tip done then Romantique over it. That will tone down the white.

Yes, some sun creams can affect Shellac. HTH!
