Shellac in Barcelona, Shellac in San Diego?

Hello,
I´m new in this forum, my language is Spanish so I´m sorry if a don´t write well in english.
I'm a make-up artist and I want to offer gel polish to some of my clients.
I have tried to buy CND shellac here in Barcelona but I need to buy an initiation kit that costs 500 euros direct from the CND provider (Kit includes the necessary to start and 14 gel polishes). After this investment I will be able to buy the gel polishes one buy one.
This summer I will travel to san diego and I would like to know if there is the same
requirements to buy CND products. I do not want to spend 500 euros, I just need to buy a few colors to start.
I want to try other brands of gel polish too. I would appreciate if you recommend places to buy them in San Diego and what other brands do you recommend and where can I find them.

No idea of San Diego, but cnd Greece does post to Europe and you can buy the items 1-1.

You will need to send them your certificates before you can buy any shellac though and there are some 12€(?) shipping costs
