Shellac or Calgel for the job?

So I am undecided if I want to go with Shellac or Calgel?
I work at Starbucks and we aren't allowed to wear nail polish, so i want something that isn't noticeable, is healthy for nails, and won't chip while working. Someone please help. Which one last longer and healthier?

Calgel is an enhancement style gel so will generally add more bulk to your natural nail

Shellac is a power polish - nail polish that lasts like gel... If you had shellac base and top coat (no colour) this would add the protection you're after...
