Shellac peeling

Hi geeks, I've had a client coming to me for years now and she has shellac over her acrylics, but when she wears tinted love , and married to mauve I get a text from her a few days later saying it's starting the peel? I don't have any other complaints from ladies who have this colour, and I haven't changed what I've done. She said she is wearing her gloves for cleaning etc. Anyone else had a problem like this ? Thanks

But you said she wears acrylics, is it peeling off acrylics or whole enhancement is peeling? I had married to mauve on (only needed very thin layers) and it was fine x

Perhaps you need to see her or ask her to send you a photo, that way you will be able to address the problem, rather than guessing x

This had happened on about 4 nails, she had them done the Friday and this was the Monday
