Ok so been a while since I brought sienna x barrier cream. Got one and used it for the first time the other day and it's a runny liquid not a cream? Is this a new formula? And do I use it the way you use the old one? Thanks

Don't suppose you have thought of trying our Barrier Cream???

I trained with Sienna X and also use their products and had the same problem. I contacted them and they think it was down to the unusually hot weather recently which has caused separation with their barrier cream. They advised me to vigorously shake it and then it should be fine, but this still didn't work for me so I've temporarily switched to another barrier cream in the meantime!

Omg! I thought it was just me! Super embarrassing when I used it for the first time on a client and all this watery liquid came squiring out all over me!!! I've since really really shook it and it's a lotion texture now but not as creamy as the old one!

Thanks all. I called them today and yes they said vigorously shake it. It's better but still runnier! They said exchange it if still no good but it should be a cream not a runny liquid! She did admit I wasn't the first to call up about it so hopefully this is an issue they are looking into!

I had exactly the same experience, it was so embarrassing, I had a client here and it just came out like a useless watery mess and I had to go and raid my bathroom cupboard for a suitable alternative body lotion to use instead and hope it did the trick, until I went to Sally's and bought some other barrier cream!
