What did you use to achieve this colour and what is the desired end result?

I used ;

Formula- blondor & 6% on ends
Toning - 9/91 9/96 & 1.9% (color touch & koleston)

The first picture is before.

client was unhappy with the silver although it’s what she originally asked for.

she would like a platinum colour with warmer tones like the second attachment.

To achieve what she's asking for, I would use a deep cleansing shampoo twice and see if you can remove any excess tone, or bleach and warm water cleanse to remove tone then I'd do a root colour of 8/38 colour touch and then use 8/38+10/0 colour touch in slices or randomly paint on sections.

Thank you so much ... really appreciate your help
