Silver hair

Hi, I know something similar has been posted before but i'm new and it was ages ago so I thought I'd get some fresh opinions

I'm trying to achieve a silvery grey colour on bleached hair (completely white, no yellow tones) and have got hold of 8/81 colour touch and the colour touch 1.9% developer. does anyone have any advice on what proportions to use (one part touch to two part developer?) and how long to leave it on for?

I find that if hair is already completely white with no yellow tones that washing with l'oreal expert series silver shampoo a couple times a week does the trick....can sell to clients too.
