Skincare for neck and chest area?

Can anyone recommend a resonablebly priced skincare product for my chest and neck area?
After years of only using baby wipes on my face, i've now got that 'covered' but my neck and chest are showing signs of age. My chest is always red, i'm freckled and am getting not just wrinkles but grooves
I admit to not covering my chest up because of constantly being hot (senior lady moments) but I use factor 30 if in the sun. I'm mid 40 ' s btw.
Any advice?

No need to purchase extra products, just continue your usual skincare routine but extending it down into your neck and chest.

Make sure you are using a day time moisturiser that has an SPF30 regardless of whether it's sunny or not. And again, ensure you are covering your neck and chest. Also, when exfoliating don't neglect it either!

My moisturiser doesn't have an spa, i use lush celestial as I've found it leaves my skin soft and constantly moisturised.
I might have to get another for neck and chest

Maybe invest in a moisturiser with an SPF for daytime that you can use on your face, neck and chest?

Or, Dermalogica do a product called Solar Defence Booster which when used on its own is SPF50 but when mixed with your own moisturiser would be SPF30. Fab product and perfect for slowing down the ageing process you are concerned with.
