Hello [emoji4] sooooo, any help/advice welcome.
How would you go about going from sliver/grey to blonde? (Pictures below)
Do I need to remove the sliver/grey? (She's been getting this colour for about a year and half) If so how would I go about doing it?
Will it need to be pre pigged?
Shall I only use warmer tones? ‍♀️ only familiar with wella products. Thank you in advance

The 2nd picture is a root stretch with balayage.
You could do a root stretch using a 7 with added gold pigment and then probably a fairly neutral 9 with a few rose gold pieces.
However, difficult to tell from the picture as it’s heavily edited, but the silver looks potentially dry and damaged?
If so, you should offer to do a strand test first to see how it takes.

Depending on the condition, and depending on the nature of the product that's been used to create this silver grey tone, I'd probably be inclined to do a bleach and warm water cleanse, until all the toner has come out. Then I'd do a root stretch with 6/0 at roots, blending in to 8/7, but take out sections of blonde and separate with foil and apply a clear, or an appropriate toner. Hope this will help.

When do you do a cleanse how much bleach powder do you put in?

If you've used an oxidising colour to create the silver grey then a bleach cleanse is fine. This removes tone only, so won't lift the hair. I usually mix warm water and bleach powder until it creates a smooth paste consistency, some people like to add shampoo to the mix too (spreads easier)

Which grey/silver is used as the toner?
