I have been using SNS nails for about 11 months now. Love the product, however the last month or so, I have had clients come back they say the whole nail has lifted and come off whole? I prep the nail.....push the cutical back, lightly buff the nail, clean with acetone to dehydrate the nail, ea bond. I have even started to use a base dip (natural set) to strengthen. I absolutely know this should not be happening but have no idea why? I did my sisters yesterday. She looks after then, text today and saidnthe while nail has come off. Please help

I've had the same problem recently and some cracking! I've had training back in August last year, went back and asked the trainer, she said if they are lifting then they're too thick and cracking is down to being too thin!! I can't seem to find a happy medium. If I hadn't have invested so much money I would give up with it. It' also making some clients nails very weak.
Any help or suggestions please

I don't use SNS so apologies if I'm completely off track but how much product do you have left in the pot?

The reason I ask is that over the years I've noticed when I get to the bottom of a pot of polymer (I'm an L&P tech) I start to get product breakdown. I put it down to the constant tapping of my pot over the months that I've used it. I like a perfectly smooth surface to pick up a new bead so I tap my pot between beads, I think the constant tapping shakes the smaller particles to the bottom of the pot (bit like when you shake your Cornflakes, all the big ones come to the top) and eventually the powder is so fine it can't hold a structure properly any more. If you've been using it for 11 months it might be worth trying a new pot and see how you get on.
