Can anyone please recommend a shared diary for me and 3 other girls . Due to social media we are all getting appointments coming on our phone at night and we share facilities so we need to be able to see who as what booked when , was looking for a app to download or any ideas people use?

Make sure you stick with a software company that's based in the U.K. as you could be in breach of the Data Protection Act if the data you hold on clients is transferred outside of the U.K.

I also can't rate ovatu highly enough.

I see so many posts on various Facebook groups regarding having trouble with clients texting at all hours expecting an appointment but I have no trouble at all - my clients can book whenever they wish.

I use Booksy. I am in Canada. I love Booksy. Affordable and it offers so much I can't even list all the benefits. Best thing is, I will be getting rid of my business landline as I have no need for it anymore, over 95% of my clients use Booksy and it makes a great "secretary"
